The design of this facility is based on a Buddhist Monastery; it has been well thought of in terms of environment, design and aesthetics. Our aim has been to build an environment that is cost effective, energy efficient, zero carbon, low maintenance and is self-sustaining.
A passive solar architecture model has been adopted along with a passive cooling concept to decrease the heat that accumulates inside the building.
Herbal trees planted in and around the building have been chosen carefully so that residents benefit from it. Each and every tree in the Panchwati Garden will have beneficial quality.
Open courtyard and prayer hall, which has life of Buddha painted on the ceiling, will be integral to everyday activities.
